CPI worked as a part of the team from day one to meet the project budget. At the end of Design-Development, based on the school's needs, the estimated cost was $500K over the Board's budget. Through innovative bid strategies and scope definitions the final bids were opened and ALL the school's needs met, for 5% less than the Design-Development budget, which was also well below the original target budget.
