Jiffy Lube

Construction Plus Inc. built two Jiffy Lubes consecutively. After competitive bids, CPI was selected to value engineer the projects. A list of 34 cost saving items was presented to the client, decreasing the cost by over 15%. Both sites were completed on time and within budget.

Heilig-Meyers Furniture

Construction Plus Inc. renovated the Centre Plaza Retail Center to accommodate Heilig-Meyers as a new co-anchor tenant. This involved subdividing the facility for multi-tenant use. The entire center was upgraded and several structural changes made to complete the transformation. This project is another example of CPI's ability to meet the aggressive schedules and demanding budgets found in retail construction.
